All four screenings will also be presented to young audiences as part of education programmes, during October and November, through participation of local schools.

We are very proud to join the European Film Club - as their first Scottish partner, creating the Glasgow Film Club!

The European Film Club, an offspring of the European Film Academy, was created to nurture and support film education for young people aged 12-19.

By creating the Glasgow Film Club, we are strengthening our position in Glasgow, Scotland and beyond to support and foster a community of young people who will be able to attend screenings, workshops, watch parties and special education events to explore independent cinema and learn about European film culture.

We’re very excited for what’s coming, and we look forward to welcoming more young audiences at our partner venues!

This has been a dream of a year, on so many levels, but your love and excitement for our Reel Tasty event surpassed any expectation!

Thanks to the and the team for a seamless partnership and for bringing on board the magnificent Giovanna from - the food just complemented the screening in the best possible way, and it was Reeeeeel Tasty! Words can’t express our gratitude.

To our team who tirelessly worked in the background to make this all happen, from service to cocktail making, and our wine experts - we could not do a thing without you! ♥️

And the biggest thanks to the and especially Kieran and Joel who made every little detail possible and were there to make it all happen with ease.

Already buzzing for the next one! Stay tuned.

Congratulations to all the awarded films! And thank you to our talented Jury members for watching the entire selection - it certainly was a tough choice as all of the selected films were incredible!

But mostly, thank you to our audiences who support us, stick with us and make each year better and better! And to our team of staff and volunteers, there would be no festival without you.

The last few days will be forever in our memory and in our hearts! See you all next year. ❤️🙏

Amazing fun this morning at our Animation & Film Workshop with pupils from Hillhead Secondary and the Glasgow Virtual School!

The students created 6 short films using live action and animation techniques, under the guidance of animator Jonathan Charles.

We are so proud of our strong education programme, and our supporters, including Glasgow City Council - , .life &
