Community Sessions

COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES – DAYS AND TIMES

Our programmes are currently based at Lesser Hampden.

Days and times for our community programmes are as follows….

COMMUNITY FOOTBALL – OPEN TO ALL

SPRING FORWARD

Our community football sessions currently take place outdoor on the pitch at Lesser Hampden.

Session times are as follows:

Girls session from 10am-11am.

Children born in 2013 & 2014, 10am-11am.

Children born in 2011 & 2012, 11am-12noon.

For children born in 2010, 2009, 2008 & 2007, session time remains from 11am-12noon.

FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING

Sunday 7-8pm.

This session is open to anyone over the age of 35 but no older than 65 and will offer football training drills, some fitness work and small sided games.

It is pay as you go, so simply show up with training kit, footwear for astro-turf and the gym and water for rehydration. This fun session is led by Eddie Hunter/George Watson. The session runs from 7-8pm. Also, cost is £3.

JUST PLAY

Sunday 8-9pm.

This session is open to adults aged 35+. Cost is £4. New Faces are always welcome!

STILL GAME

Wednesday 1-4/5pm.

This is our activities group for age 55 and above.

TACKLING RECOVERY

Thursday 12.30pm – 2.15pm.

This football based session is open to all and offers support to anyone dealing with health & well-being concerns.

QUEEN’S PARK LADIES
