It is now “Facing the Right Direction” It will be the Association’s role working with others to deliver a sustainable and attractive neighbourhood which is well managed for the benefit of local people and to underpin investment. We are keen to have tenants involved in the running of the Association, so if you feel you would be interested in joining the committee or giving us your views on policy issues, please contact a member of staff who will be pleased to discuss this in more detail.

If someone has died and you are struggling to pay for a funeral, we know it might feel difficult to go through the process of applying for help when you are also dealing with grief.

🚨 Scam Call Warning 🚨

I want to make you aware of a spam/scam call I’ve received today.

The caller claimed they were calling “from housing” about repairs to my property. When I asked which housing association, they said they were from “Housing Meets Repair” and claimed they work for all housing associations.

When I questioned this further and asked for a contact number, I was told not to worry as my local housing association would be able to provide it — which raised immediate red flags.

I was never given a clear explanation of what the call was actually about. From what I could gather, it seemed to involve a repair that would cost money. When I continued to ask questions, the caller ended the call.

Please be vigilant ⚠️
This may be an attempt to obtain personal verification details or even bank information, particularly targeting more vulnerable tenants.

📞 The number used was: 020 4620 3806
(Please note: they may be using multiple numbers.)

If you receive a similar call, do not share any personal or financial details. Always contact your housing association directly using trusted contact details.

Please share to help keep others safe.
