I can personally recommend this course

Our next cohort of the Empower Up programme (online only) starts mid-October.

The programme supports young autistic people aged 12–18 across Scotland and helps them understand their autistic identity, build confidence, develop social strategies and improve wellbeing. Empower Up is a space to connect with peers and reduce isolation.

This upcoming group is open to young autistic people Scotland wide. The group will run for 8 weeks, and spaces are limited.

Looking for a space to chill, reset, and just be yourself after school? Girls Group is back every Wednesday from 5pm! 💖

If you’re in S1 or above, join us every Wednesday from 5pm. We’re all about being a space built on girl power, positive energy, and looking out for one another 🫶🏻 No judgment, no pressure, just a safe spot to chill, get creative, and take part in a fun club that focuses on everything to do with being a young woman.

Expect good vibes, creative activities, games, and a zero-pressure environment to unwind after school.

🕒 When: Wednesdays @ 5pm

📍 Where: St Paul’s Church

We’ve made a few updates to our seminar schedule for The National Neurodiversity Show Scotland, taking place at Hampden Park Stadium this Friday, 11th September!

We have three seminar rooms running throughout the day, with a fantastic line-up of speakers covering neurodiversity across education, employment, wellbeing, lived experience, assistive technology and much more.

⭐ No need to pre-book seminars – they’re included with your show ticket and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

⏰ Early entry from 9:45am for anyone wanting to take their seats for the first seminars at 10:00am.

Dear Parent/Carer,



Did you know that your child is entitled to free school meals/clothing grant if you are in receipt of the following?



· Universal Credit

· Income Support / Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance / Income-related Employment and Support Allowance.

· Child Tax Credit

· Both Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit

· If you have Asylum Seeker status
