A great effort today between our Glasgow and Dundee staff who helped to get Bella to her new home in Inverness.
Bella is the second cat this week, called Bella to find her new home.

We’re still looking for a home for Tyson, can you please share to help him on his way?

A loving home needed for Tyson - 15 year old - Staffy.
Tyson is grieving the loss of his number one human, he loved. At his age, he deserves all the love, comfort and security we can possibly find for him.
Unfortunately the other human in Tyson's life, is in poor health and unable to continue to care for him, or give him the time and care he needs.
Tyson is a lovely boy who adores cuddles, gentle pats and human affection.
He will greet you with a wagging tail, then roll over for a belly rub.
He has so much love to give and deserves to spend his golden years surrounded by kindness, warmth and understanding.
He is looking for a special person who understands the needs of an older dog, who can offer Tyson a safe, peaceful and loving home, where he can settle in at his own pace and feel cherished again.
Tyson is very sociable with all people and good with children, however not as tolerant of other dogs or cats. So would need a home with no other pets.
Tyson is registered with with the vet, he is microchipped, with no medical problems, not able to say when Tyson was last seen by the vet.
He has not been walked on a lead, he has not been socialised with other dogs, he has shown aggression towards them. Although he has accepted and played with the dog belonging to other family member.
Tyson can be left alone, he sleeps on a throw on the floor, he is house trained, he is okay travelling in the car.
Tyson enjoys playing with a ball, he loves treats and does like a bone.
Tyson has been eating Webbox chicken roll with toast, he has now been eating Butchers tinned dog food with kibble.
This "Loving Boy" craves affection and human interaction.
Could you be the special person Tyson needs, or perhaps you know someone who could open their heart and home to this beautiful older boy.

Cherry is doing well in his new home in Edinburgh,

Thanks to our Edinburgh home checker Perry for completing the successful home check for Cherry.

Cherry’s new owner said “He's very affectionate and is already giving lots of cuddles. He's had his first vet visit and is in good health”.

CJ has now been offered a home pending all checks passing and the family being happy with the home offered.
Thanks to everyone who emailed and shared his appeal.
We will update again when we have more information. 🐾

Reserved pending a home check

We're assisting the family of CJ to help him find a new home after his owner sadly passed away.

CJ is a 6.5 year old Lab cross Husky, he is very friendly, although slightly confused at the moment as he is missing his female owner.
CJ is house trained and walks well on the lead. He is neutered and registered with a vets.
We don't have a lot of information sadly.
He is eating dry food.
CJ is a calm dog. He hasn't lived with other animals,
When he has been out and about for walks he hasn't had any issues with other pets or children.
As we don't know how he is with young kids, we'd suggest a home with older kids of a teenage age instead.

Harvey is an 11 month old Border Collie.
He is looking for a new home and would suit someone who has experience with the breed.
Harvey is anxious around children, he would suit a home with no kids.
He is crate trained and whilst in his crate he is okay if children are around, however he doesn't like to live with them.
Harvey is great with other dogs and cats.
He is chipped.
Harvey does not have any medical conditions and is registered with the vets.
He eats two meals a day which is a mix of both wet and dry food which he loves.
Harvey will sleep in his owners bedroom at night on the floor or the bed. He is fine in the car and loves to play with toys - tug of war if his favourite game.
He loves treats of all kinds.
Harvey can be wary meeting new people at first, if they have a toy he will likely interact and get use to new people.
He is great with other dogs and just wants to play - he does have a lot of energy so would suit younger dogs.
Harvey was last at the vets 6 months ago for a regular check up and was fine.
He is good on the lead but can pull from time to time if he knows he is going to a certain park where he knows he will play with the ball.
Harvey is also fully house trained.
He likes the company of his adult owners and loves to cuddle and play with his ball or toys.
His new owner will need to be understanding of his needs and patient with him.
