Spider Arts Spider Arts (SCIO) is a Community Arts and wellbeing charity. We aim to support communities by facilitating access to the arts for everyone.

We offer community arts projects, art therapy, murals, events and arty parties across Central Scotland. We believe creativity has the power to positively influence the people we work with, their families & the environment. By creating opportunities to engage in the arts, we endeavour to enhance the wellbeing of our participants and empower them to affect change within their own lives and communities and inspire others.

We had a fantastic day at Brockburn Festival with Greater Pollok Services, The Village Storytelling Centre & Friends of Crookston Castle, GMRC and others. Thank you to everyone who made it happen and to everyone who came along and joined in!

Our Youth Cafe young people did us proud again helping out with tattoos and crafts for all the families.

Our amazing Youth Cafe group had a fantastic day exploring the city sights along the Clyde before a well deserved trip to Splatter Art Studio as a reward for all their community volunteering this year!

We visited Riverside Museum, passed some Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games action at the SEC, had a wander round the Pillar Mural Project under the Kingston Bridge, made some art then home on the subway before a wee ice cream to round the day off! 😅

We are all exhausted but had a lovely day!

Special thanks to Threehills Community Supermarket for providing a lovely picnic for all the young people! 😋
