Glasgow Navigators City Ministries

Glasgow Navigators City Ministries Welcome to the Glasgow Navigators City Ministries page! This is where we share updates, prayer reque Many thanks

This is a place where we share updates, news and events relating to the work of the Navigators in Glasgow and some of the wider work of the Scottish Navigators. Jesus tells his followers to “…go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matt. 28:19). The Glasgow Navigators City Ministries seek to do this by asking the question “who are the nations in Glasgow”? In Glasgow we do this with Students, Artis

ts, the Workplace, Crossing Cultures and with our Entrepreneurs Network. Our calling is to advance the gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of labourers living and discipling among the lost. As an international, interdenominational mission agency we are committed to helping people be and make disciples in whatever context they find themselves. We are committed to helping people come to know Christ and then be equipped to help others do the same. We want to see this generational multiplication of disciples in all areas of society and in all nations. So whether you used to be in a Navigators ministry in Glasgow in the past, would like to pray for for what’s happening or if you are simply interested in what we are up to, then please like and follow us.

Just a reminder that this coming Monday is the next NavNetwork

This academic year we'll be focusing on the theme of "growing resilient disciples" where, over 4 live streams (October, January, March and June), we’ll be exploring the famous discipleship trilogy of ‘the world, the flesh and the spiritual battle’, and to that we are adding how we handle our wounds and various emotions.

We want to be resilient disciples so that we can bless those whom we are getting alongside, and in the first of the series this Monday 10 October, Ros Boydell will be addressing how to navigate emotions & hurt. To a greater or lesser extent, all of us are familiar with experiencing and dealing with emotions. Whether we are aware of it or not, our lives are shaped by our responses to living in a broken world: no one is exempt from anger, anxiety and hurt.
