Today is a reminder that looking after our mental health, talking openly and knowing how to support others can make a real difference.
Weβre committed to creating hope together across Cambuslang and Rutherglen β helping people feel more connected, supported and confident about where to turn when things are difficult.
As part of our 'Creating Hope In Our Community' campaign, aiming to improve mental health and prevent su***de in CamGlen, we're delighted to run the ASIST course β Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training, at The Bothy.
