120 years behind us. A new generation ahead of us.
And a God who is still doing something new.

What a weekend celebrating 120 years of Parkhead Nazarene! We’ve looked back with gratitude, celebrated the generations who have gone before us, and given thanks for God’s faithfulness.

But Ian’s message on Sunday reminded us that our anniversary isn’t just about looking back. It’s about looking forward. We were challenged to be people of mercy, courage and faith, willing to step out of our comfort zones and follow wherever Jesus leads.

So, as we close our anniversary celebrations:
Thank you, God, for all You have done.
And help us to step boldly into all You are going to do. 🙏

Tomorrow, we celebrate 120 years of Parkhead Nazarene and, above all, 120 years of God’s faithfulness.
From prayer and thanksgiving, to worship, stories, music, memories, food, games and fellowship, it’s going to be a special weekend for the whole church family.

Saturday morning at 10am: Prayer Breakfast
Saturday evening at 7pm (doors open 6:30): Celebration of Worship, Stories, Music & Memories
Sunday morning at 11am: 120th Anniversary Celebration Service
Sunday afterwards: Family Meal, Games & Fellowship

Come along. Bring the family. Invite a friend.

Let’s celebrate where we’ve come from, give thanks for where we are, and look forward with faith to what God has ahead for the generations to come.

SUNDAY — Anniversary Celebration Service
A special service celebrating God's faithfulness and an opportunity to recommit ourselves to His mission for our generation and the generations still to come.

SUNDAY AFTERWARDS — Family Celebration
Food, games, conversation and plenty of laughter as we continue the celebrations together.

We had a great first night at Alpha!
There is still time to join: Tuesdays 6.30pm for food, 7.30pm for the course. There is also Youth Alpha (P7 to S6) and Kids Alpha (P5+6) running alongside.
