A very special thank you to Matthew Gourlay , who has raised more than £1,000 for Epilepsy Connections in memory of his brother, Daniel. 💜
Matthew organised a bake sale at his workplace, Audit Scotland, where more than 70 colleagues generously got involved, donated and helped him raise awareness of epilepsy.
The fundraiser means a great deal to Matthew and his family. Daniel was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2023 and sadly passed away following a seizure in April this year.
In his brother’s memory, Matthew wanted to do something positive – raising awareness of epilepsy and helping to support other people and families affected by the condition.
Matthew, thank you for choosing to support Epilepsy Connections and for sharing Daniel’s story with us. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done.
