Happy birthday to the 1st Glasgow BB Company who are celebrating the anniversary of their founding on the 4th October 1883! We thank God for the vision of the Founder and for blessing this work over the years.

Bill Stevenson has also managed to visit the BGCB in Canada and spent time with their President. It is encouraging to hear the Brigade is growing again with companies in Toronto and Vancouver.

This week a new company opened in Markham and it is super to be able to welcome the 23 new members to the Brigade family. Please keep all this new work in your prayers.

A little reminder that this year Founder’s Day will be celebrated on the 25th October linked to William Smith's birthday on the 27th.

The 4th October marks the anniversary of the BB starting in 1883.

Our GM has been spending time with Brigade Neenah in Wisconsin. A long time member of Global Fellowship and the largest company in the USA. They have an amazing set up including their own centre and a campsite at Onaway.

The Boys' Brigade opened in America in 1893 ten years after the start in Glasgow. Activities declined in the 1900s but new companies are now opening again across the USA. GF are helping to co-ordinate this new work, please keep all our US members in your prayers.

Some good news from BBUK!

It's always fantastic to welcome new members to the BB family, and during the 2025-26 session it was wonderful to see 3,416 children and young people start out on their BB adventure in our groups across the country! 🙌
