About Us
Barmulloch Community Development Company (BCDC) is a community-led development trust and urban regeneration charity working to transform lives in North East Glasgow. About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Services Co-ordinator to lead and develop programmes for young people aged 11–18.

This is a brand-new, full-time role funded by the CashBack for Communities programme. You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, youth-led initiatives that support personal development, wellbeing, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage youth programmes that reflect the needs and interests of local young people
Lead and support staff and volunteers, creating a positive and inclusive team environment
Build strong partnerships with schools, community groups, and local stakeholders
Organise outreach activities, workshops, and events to increase engagement
Monitor and evaluate programme impact, using data to improve delivery
Prepare reports for funders, stakeholders, and senior management
Represent BCDC at meetings and events, advocating for young people
Ensure young people’s voices shape the design and delivery of services

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Significant experience in youth work, community development, or project management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A genuine passion for working with and empowering young people
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Desirable:
Knowledge of CashBack for Communities
A relevant qualification in youth work, social work, education, or similar
