Next week is

Health information is everywhere online. While much of it can be helpful, it is often over-simplified or taken out of context. When that happens, it becomes much harder to know what to trust.

Misinformation is already shaping real-life health decisions.

When information is unclear or misleading, it can distract us from behaviours that science has proven to reduce cancer risk.

We believe you deserve clear, trustworthy information about your health – not content taken out of context and not claims that sound convincing but lack evidence.

That's why we're calling for clear health warning labels on all alcohol products - including cancer warnings.

💙 Digesting the Evidence & Diversity of Recovery in Scotland 💙

On Tuesday 16 June, we’re hosting an online session bringing together research, policy, practice, and lived experience to explore what we know about recovery in Scotland — and how that knowledge shows up in people’s real lives.

This session is about:
✨ Making sense of recovery evidence together
✨ Bridging research with lived and living experience
✨ Recognising recovery communities and LEROs as vital evidence
✨ Understanding recovery as social, relational, and community‑based
✨ Shaping future policy, research, and systems in Scotland

This isn’t just about learning more — it’s about doing recovery better, grounded in both evidence and experience.
