Mindfulness course for family & friends

Monday 12 October – Monday 16 November, 6pm-7.30pm
Learn and understand more about stress, learn what works for you and develop resilience, awareness and kindness (especially to yourself!)

The course also gives you the opportunity to take time out for yourself and connect with people in a similar situation.

The course is open to relatives and carers and will be delivered in partnership with Mindfulness Scotland.

The course will run over six Mondays from 12 October – 16 November, 6pm-7.30pm
