Multicultural Day Opportunities: Sensory Movement & Art Workshops

📍 Dixon Community, 656 Cathcart Road, G42 8AA
🗓 Wednesdays | 1.15pm – 3.00pm

Join us for gentle, creative sessions exploring nature through movement, music, poetry, and art.

Together we'll travel the world through the stories of plants, discovering the sounds, scents, and habitats they come from, and the journeys they have made across cultures and landscapes.

What participants have said:

💬 “It lifted my depression and sadness. It helped better than my medication.”
💬 “It’s done my body good, moved circulation around.”
💬 “I loved everything about it — I just want to keep going.”

⭐This opportunity is free to everyone aged 55+ and includes light refreshments.
