💙 Today is , a reminder of the importance of looking after mental health and supporting those around us.

Good mental wellbeing starts with knowing that you don't have to face things alone. Through programmes including Team Talk, Changing Room and Veterans At Ease, the Foundation provides opportunities for people to connect with others, talk openly and access support in a welcoming environment.

Football can be a powerful way to bring people together, build friendships and help people feel part of a community.

This World Mental Health Day, let's keep the conversation going and remind those around us that support is available.

Today is , a chance to highlight the importance of eye health and the need to make opportunities accessible to everyone.

🥅 Through our Visually Impaired Football programme, young people aged 8–18 with vision impairment can enjoy football in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

The free sessions are tailored to the needs and abilities of participants, helping them build confidence, improve fitness, develop friendships and enjoy being part of a team.
