Delighted that our contributors can once again play our part in funding the Club! Contributors voted to fund £270,000 into the share issue and we will be ready should the opportunity arise again. Plans are well underway on our rebrand and improved heritage model - so watch this space for more updates soon! Thank again for all your support! 🔴⚪️🔵

ℹ️ We are pleased to confirm that the recent £16 million share issue has now been completed and was fully subscribed by a broad group of existing shareholders.

The club is committed to engaging with our shareholders, and can confirm that a Shareholder Meeting will take place on Mon 10 August, providing an opportunity to hear directly from the club's ownership and leadership.

Poll Result: Rangers Share Issue Resolutions

Voting is now closed on the proposed resolutions for the upcoming Rangers International Football Club Limited Share Issue with the following results:

To grant the directors authority to allot up to 80 million new ordinary shares over a five-year period. Passed with 97.2% for, 2.5 against, and 0.3% abstained.

To waive statutory and constitutional pre-emption rights in relation to this share issue. Passed with 87.4% for, 7.4 against, and 5.2% abstained.
