Buses are lifeline for so many communities across Scotland. But in many places fares are far too expensive, vital routes have been cut and people just donโt have access to the services they need.
Ahead of the Scottish Parliament election on Thursday 7 May, come and quiz candidates from Scotlandโs main political parties about what they plan to do to deliver better buses.
On the panel we have:
โข Zen Ghani, Scottish National Party (SNP) candidate for Glasgow Cathcart & Pollok
โข Ross Hutton, Scottish Conservatives candidate for Glasgow Southside
โข Ben Langmead, Scottish Liberal Democrats candidate for Clydebank & Milngavie
โข Mark Ruskell, Scottish Green Party candidate for Mid Scotland & Fife Region (Transport spokesperson)
โข Graham Simpson, Reform UK candidate for Airdrie (Transport spokesperson)
โข Paul Sweeney, Scottish Labour Party candidate for Glasgow Easterhouse & Springburn
The event will be chaired by Shona Craven, writer and commentator, Community Editor and columnist at The National Newspaper.
This hustings is being organised by Get Glasgow Moving and Better Buses for Strathclyde
