YCSA They begin to recognise the potential they posses to achieve what they might have thought was impossible.

YCSA delivers support services that empower young people from minority ethnic communities through a variety of projects, 1-to-1 support, counselling & wellbeing services - in & around Glasgow. The organisation provides a range of services delivered through personal programmes which over the years have been designed taking young people’s experience and feedback into account. Through the programmes

young people begin to become aware of the latent strength which they have and begin to develop this strength which leads them on a journey to becoming active citizens of society. In essence the organisation seeks to provide services which will assist young people to develop the confidence, skills and leadership to go forward in life. YCSA works in partnership with both voluntary and statutory bodies in Glasgow and within the Scottish government to ensure that resources are in place to meet the vision. As an organisation YCSA is one of the leading Youth organisation who have expertise in working with young people from ethnic minorities and more recently with all young people. We will learn from our past experience to continue to excel in the standard of service we provide to all young people. Although YCSA is a citywide organisation, we predominantly offer provisions in the Pollokshields, Govanhill and Woodlands areas of Glasgow.
