Our walk and cafe time on Sunday 19th.

We will gather at the entrance to Kelvingrove Park on Kelvin Way at 10.20 ready to begin our walk at 10.30

There are two main entrances to the park on this stretch of road, we will meet at the entrance close to University Avenue. The other entrance is further down Kelvin Way opposite Kelvingrove museum and art gallery.
We will walk silently in mindfulness for about an hour, a chance to appreciate the beautiful tree filled area.
All ages are welcome, the paths are good for buggies, or wheels of other kinds.
After our walk we’ll go to An Clachan cafe for drinks and cake, or savoury options. They have vegan and gluten free baking.

We’ll be happy to hear from those of you who know you will join us, but please also just come along at 10.20.

Our first sangha outing in this way, a local walk with time to enjoy being together with tea and cake afterwards. We thought we would do it once and then, if those joining have ideas of other local walks ending at a cafe with good vegan options, we could plan some more.

All ages are welcome. It would be lovely to know beforehand if you can join us, but equally do just turn up if its a last minute decision.
We will walk in silence for about an hour, or slightly more, around this beautiful park, with time to enjoy the plants in the19th century Glasshouse. There is a toilet here.

We will meet at 10.20 just inside the main gate on the right hand side, at the junction of Pollokshaws Rd and Balvicar street.
If you plan to come by car you could see if anyone wants a lift, and if you need help to get here let us know.
This area is well served by public transport.
