Has anyone’s child lost this coat? Was lying just up the side of Craighalbert Church building.

Message from a resident:

My wee cat Cooper has been missing for over a week from Glen Sannox. Has anyone seen him. He usually cheats on me with a neighbour round at Glen Clova, but shes not seen him in 4-5 days. He has 4 wee white paws, white underneath and a white moustache. Hes an absolute grubber and can open a fridge and freezer to help himself. He can also open the front door to let himself out if its not locked with the key x

Please post if anyone has seen him 🐈‍⬛

New Service

Cumbernauld Academy - CA1

From Wednesday 12th August we will be operating a new service that will run from Craigmarloch/Balloch to Cumbernauld Academy.

This will service the following areas:

Craigmarloch Roundabout (Balloch)
Craigmarloch (Glen Fyne Road)
Eastfield Road (past Cumbernauld Primary)
Carrickstone (around the loop)
Westerwood (St Andrew's Drive)
The Village (turning circle)
Kildrum Road
Cumbernauld Academy

Please see the timetable attached.

This new service has been created to try and fill the gap left by the removal of the NLC bus that used to operate. We have been discussing this with Cumbernauld Academy and local councillors for a while and hope that the service is well used. We will take U22 cards so ask that ALL pupils please bring them.

We currently plan to have a high capacity bus operating in the mornings and afternoons, capable of taking 69 passengers. We will monitor this as the service stabilises and have scope to increase this capacity in the mornings if required.
