Having a job doesn't always mean being free from poverty.
This , we're proud to have contributed to Beyond the Numbers: Understanding Family Poverty in Glasgow 2026, a report from Glasgow's Centre for Civic Innovation.
The report highlights the realities facing families across our city and reminds us that poverty is about far more than household income.
At PEEK, we see these pressures every day. But we also see the strengths, ambitions and resilience of the children, young people and families we work alongside.
In our contribution to the report, we highlighted the realities of in-work poverty and the importance of flexible working and accessible family support.
As we develop PEEK's next five-year strategy, we're committed to deepening our impact in communities, building on trusted relationships and using what we learn alongside families to influence wider change.
