Join us in person at our next Campaigning Together session, we'll be focusing on political engagement to help you feel better equipped for making the case for Fair Trade at your next advocacy initiative or Parliament meeting.

During the session we'll hear from former MSP Sarah Boyack, and Scottish Fair Trade Policy intern, Millie MacBean, with plenty of space for participation and questions as well as opportunities to get to know your fellow campaigners.

Whether you're wondering how to make your Fair Trade advocacy more effective, or you're not sure where to get started in bringing your passion for Fair Trade to the policy level, this session is for you.

📍Thursday 17 September @ The Melting Pot, Edinburgh.

We've set up a bursary to remember our friend and colleague Catherine Newman. Travel was a huge part of Catherine's life, and she was passionate about bringing more young people into the Fair Trade movement. So we're raising funds to take young people to International Fair Trade Towns Conferences around the world - giving them a memorable experience, and inspiring them to campaign for fairness.

If you'd like to donate to the fund, visit our website.

Welcome, Canonmills Church to Scotland's Fair Trade community!

With a congregation that’s passionate about the fair trade movement, we’re really proud to share that we’re now members of Scottish Fair Trade, making our commitment more official.

As a fair trade church we’re doing more to support fair trade - including little things like ensuring the tea, coffee and sugar we use in our after-worship refreshments are fair, ethical and equitable.

By doing this, we’re promoting fairer prices for farmers and suppliers, supporting ethical and sustainable production of products and helping to protect workers’ rights.

Football is about more than what happens on the pitch...

As the World Cup gets underway, our latest blog explores the links between football and Fair Trade - from solidarity and anti-racism, to the workers behind the balls and boots that make the game possible.

The values we celebrate in football, like teamwork, fairness and opportunity, should extend far beyond the final whistle.

Oh, and Come On Scotland! ⚽ 🙏

As World Cup fever builds, Fair Trade reminds us football should be fair on and off-pitch.
