Today we had a visit from Terry Manton — a retired tattoo artist, author, and tattoo historian, who was hosting the annual gathering of veteran tattoo artists in The Horseshoe Bar in Glasgow.

Terry took some of the attendees on a short walking tour of the old shop locations of historic tattooists, Prince Vallar, Tom Riley, George Norton, Brose Harvey and a few others. And of course, they ended the tour at the Panopticon where Princess Christina, our tattooed lady from the early 20th century was a popular exhibit.
Terry has more information to share about illustrated ladies in Pickard's Panopticon and we will be sure to share the story on our website soon.
We would like to thank Terry and all attending today for their kindness, support and generosity.

Another nice turnout for tonight's screening of Laurel and Hardy classics, thank you to everyone that came along, "You can lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be led."
