Just 2 weeks to go – can you help Craft Café Govan reach its Big Give target?

We’ve now secured £1,600 in pledges so far, towards our £2,500 target.

That means we need just £900 more by 28 August to unlock the next stage of our Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign! 🎉

Craft Café provides free creative and wellbeing activities for older people in Govan, offering friendship, connection, creativity and support to those experiencing loneliness and social isolation.

If we reach our £2,500 pledge target, every public donation made during the Big Give Christmas Challenge in December will be doubled, helping us continue this vital service.

🎯 Could you make a pledge of £900, or help us reach the target through smaller pledges? A pledge is simply a promise to donate later – with no payment required until January 2027.

📧 Questions? Contact [email protected]

💜 Can't make a pledge? Please share this post – you could help us find the final £900!

🏡🎨 Meet the winner of Draw Home 2026!

A huge congratulations to Reilly, whose beautifully detailed illustration of a cosy hedgehog family home won the public vote! 🦔

Inspired by the classic storybooks she grew up with, Reilly’s artwork is a wonderful celebration of what home can mean; warmth, comfort, family and creativity.

We caught up with Reilly to hear about her journey back to art, the inspiration behind her winning piece and why creativity matters to her.

💜 A huge thank you to everyone who entered, voted and supported Draw Home. Every entry helped raise funds for Make It Your Own, our programme supporting people at risk of homelessness in Renfrewshire.
