Cara had always enjoyed fitness, but after her Crohn's diagnosis, she admits she fell into a rut and stopped looking after herself in the way she once had.

Between managing medication and university life, exercise gradually disappeared from her routine.

Eight years on, she has found a passion for endurance sport, completed a half Ironman, and is training to take on more challenges.
