Brilliant video by Parkinson's UK in Scotland focusing on Tony and Teresa who are regular participants at our Phoenix Parkinsons Cycling Sessions every 1st and 3rd Monday in Easterhouse Sports Centre from 1-3pm 🚲

This video highlights the real positive impact regular exercise can have for people living with Parkinson’s which is why our cycling sessions are so beneficial for both physical and mental health.

Please give the video a watch and post a read.

If you know anyone who can benefit from these sessions please share this information with them and if anyone would like more information please don’t hesitate to contact us 🙂
