A pervert has admitted he attempted to meet a “12-year-old” girl with the intention of ra**ng her
Twisted Robert Gallacher - of Ardrossan, Ayrshire admitted at Paisley Sheriff Court he was chatting online to who he thought was a 12-year-old girl called ‘Molly.’
However, ‘Molly’ was actually an undercover online operative (UCOL) - an appropriately trained law enforcement asset covertly deployed on an authorised investigation via the internet to obtain information, intelligence or evidence against individuals, groups and organisations.
Between May 27, 2025 and June 18, 2025 at his home in Kilmarnock’s Kilmaurs Road, Gallacher sent “a series of s*xual written messages” to ‘Molly.’
The 40-year-old creep asked ‘Molly’ to send him indecent images of herself, asked her about her s*xual experiences, commented on her attractiveness and discussed engaging in s*xual acts together.
And on June 19, 2025, at Ferguslie Park Avenue in Paisley, the beast attempted to meet ‘Molly’ with the intention of engaging in “unlawful s*xual activity.”
Creepy Gallacher told ‘Molly’ not to go to school one day and instead meet him and they could go a drive “somewhere quiet.”
The beast told Molly he had a “big back seat” in his red Audi S3 and that he wanted her to perform oral s*x on him and that they would then have s*x.
Gallacher’s defence agent asked for background reports to be prepared.
Sheriff Bruce Erroch KC adjourned sentencing for the preparation of a justice social work report and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
Gallacher was placed on the s*x offender register and will return to court for sentencing next month.
