This Saturday is a great chance to have a first look at The Whitehouse Maryhill: doors open from 2pm at 1641 Maryhill Road.

And there's plenty going on from 12pm at the Halls too.

We've been quietly getting ready. This Saturday you get to see inside.

Come and take a peek at Maryhill's oldest building as we open the doors as part of the 170 Years of Maryhill celebrations: Maryhill Is Wonderful!

There's still work to do but that's part of the story!

Join us at your leisure for
🍴 2pm Community Meal
🍻 4pm Pop-Up Bar by The Punch Bowl

In the meantime, head to our big sister Maryhill Burgh Halls between 12pm and 3pm for some other activities: ⚽ Partick Thistle FC exhibition, 🎨 Arts & crafts,
❤️Community stalls, 🎉 Inflatables and more!

And don't forget Lochburn Park Maryhill FC is open 13:30-15:00.

Start there, end here.

Maryhill Burgh Halls Trust are delighted to be taking on the lease of Maryhill’s oldest building: The Whitehouse.

Built around the time the canal was completed, it has been part of Maryhill’s everyday life for generations, and we’re excited to begin a new chapter with it.

We’re working behind the scenes to get things ready to welcome you back for a pop-up event on 13th June.

Follow The Whitehouse Maryhill for updates and what’s coming next.

Today we say goodbye to the Glasgow Coat of Arms exhibition 🐦🌳🔔🐟

It’s been a real pleasure to host the wonderful Dr Caroline Scott, who brilliantly brought together both this exhibition and the wider archive behind it.

We’re closing with one of the newest interpretations of the Coat of Arms: a commemorative plate created for the 850th anniversary of this great city, designed by the talented team at Make it Glasgow.

Thank you to everyone who visited and supported the exhibition along the way.

We’ll see you again in a couple of weeks for our next exhibition ❤️💛
