Drop-in Service
Our Housing Team will be holding drop-in sessions through August, September and October.

The drop-in service is available to all tenants who would like to ask questions or discuss any housing-related issues with a Housing Officer. No appointment is necessary.

Dates:

Monday 24th August
Monday 21st September
Monday 26th October
Time: 3.30pm – 5.30pm

You can use the drop-in service to discuss matters such as:

Housing queries
Rent arrears
Mutual exchange or transfer applications
Anti-social behaviour issues
Any other housing-related concerns
Please note that, unfortunately, repairs and maintenance queries cannot be dealt with during these sessions.

Important update about the Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS)

RTS is soon to be switched off. If your home still uses an RTS meter, your heating or hot water may not work properly, as the system could get stuck on one schedule.
Please contact your energy supplier as soon as possible to arrange a smart meter upgrade. This will help ensure your energy supply and billing continue to run smoothly.

Don’t delay—make sure your home stays warm and your system works as it should!

Rent Harmonisation Consultation

CDHA is working towards introducing rent harmonisation from April 2027. This means rents would be brought into line so that similar homes have similar rents.

No changes will happen before April 2027. We want to hear your views before anything is decided.
