🎶 “We’re all different and that’s OK!” 💖
We’ve just been looking through the feedback from our latest Hear My Music project, and our hearts are absolutely full! Mainstream pupils joined their peers at Riverbrae ASN School to connect, create, and perform together—and the results speak for themselves.
Through singing, playing instruments, and performing together at the Town Hall, these amazing young people didn’t just make music—they built lasting connections.
Here is what the pupils told us:
✨ How it made them feel: Happy, calm, excited, free, and brave!
🤝 What they learned: How to listen, practice, take turns, and lift each other up.
👥 The biggest takeaway: Learning that they can play together, that they are friends, and celebrating everyone's unique differences.
The only thing they didn't like? Leaving when it was all over! 😭👋
A massive well done to all the pupils involved for showing us the true power of teamwork and inclusion. You did yourselves proud! 🥁🎸🎤
Delivered in Partnership with Renfrewshire IMS and Creative Scotland's Youth Music Initiative fund

Our legendary Glad to Hear It group creating more joy at their recent sharing session, where they performed a host of classic songs for our friends at Cathcart Church's Moments Cafe!
GtHi is a space where everyone - adults with complex needs, their families, support staff and/or carers- meet to make, and create, music together. No one gets in without a shaker......!

Singin’ aye aye yippee yippee aye! 🎶

There's nothing quite like the power of music to bring us all together. Absolute bottled joy at our Tony's Music group this week, bringing smiles, uplifting spirits, and (naturally) hitting all the right notes! 😊✨

All You Need Is....Space...
Sometimes all it takes is a little silence before the magic happens 💗

Video 2- a young child is standing opposite a practitioner, who is singing a song encouraging him to stamp his feet. After giving space and time, the child does so.
Video 3- a practitioner is playing the piano and singing. A participant in a wheelchair is sitting next to him, gradually exploring the piano keys at her own pace- she glances at the camera to affirm her choices.
