Come along this week to Young at Heart groups and activities at Carntyne and Cranhill Parish Church. Tuesday 12.30-13.30 Strength & Balance; Wednesday 11.00-12.00 walking group; Thursday 9.30-12.30 Community Cafe (this week with the Parkhead Citizens Advice Bureau and a pop up from Victim Support; 13.00-15.00 Film Club; Friday 12.00 Lunch Club; 13.00-15.00 Young at Heart and 15.30-17.00 Bereavement Support Group.

We had more fun on our summer outing. A jaunt on the Marion and the Marjorie courtesy of Seagull Trust Cruises Kirkintilloch and then a wee drive to Caulders at Cumbernauld. Thanks to Community Transport Glasgow and Gerry our bus driver.
