How much more caution should we take in Scotland when our criminal legislation offers even less protection for Scottish children?!

There is a UK-Poland child abduction crisis. The Government must respond decisively to Poland's failure to return abducted children to the UK. This should include withdrawing UK support - financial or otherwise - if they continue to fail to meet international obligations to return abducted children.
