A wee team with big ideas. 📸

Here’s the current Rosshall Academy Parent Council.

Throughout the year we’ve helped support school initiatives, organised fundraising activities, represented parent voices and worked alongside the school to help create opportunities for our young people.

We were missing one of our key players last night, our Vice Chairperson, Peggy McCartney, who was very much missed. A special thank you to Gillian Connor, who has stepped down after 18 years supporting the Rosshall community. Your impact has been immense, and you’ll be missed by many. 💚💜

The best part? There’s always room for more people around the table. New ideas, New voices, New energy.

Our next meeting, and the first of the new school year, will take place in September, and we’d love to welcome some new faces along.

Winning number 73 takes home £115 in our 50/50 Draw.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our table during the School events, made a donation or took part in the draw during recent school events.

We’re especially grateful to a family who generously donated £200 to the Parent Council. Your contributions help us continue supporting opportunities and experiences that benefit pupils across the school.

next minute you’re discussing student projects, school ideas, fundraising plans, wellbeing initiatives, and how to make things happen for young people across the school 👀

And somehow… it’s actually pretty rewarding.

💙 Every conversation, idea and bit of support can turn into opportunities that genuinely make a difference.

There’s always something new in the works, and always room for more people and ideas around the table.
