One of our volunteers collected food from the foodbank just after 3pm today to deliver to a client. A passer by said "look at them. They have no shame they drive big cars and are collecting from the foodbank" People jump to their own conclusions when they don't know the facts.

Help needed...

💥VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY REQUIRED 💥

Community support volunteers are busy across East Dunbartonshire supporting the elderly and vulnerable. There are a number of volunteering roles including, admin and driving.
If you could spare an hour or so each week please email [email protected] to register.
Volunteer expenses are provided

Volunteer drivers are required to assist with the collection of food donations from supermarkets. This is part of a zero waste programme where food which would normally be discarded is provided free of charge to those in need.
