🦄 Important Information: CLASH, LANGUAGE, TAB
Every participant should have received an email inviting them to the discord server. If you have not please email [email protected] right away. All of this information will also be published on discord. It is vital you join the discord server as this will be the main mode of communication during the running of the tournament - especially since we will be doing a delayed motion release as outlined in the participant handbook.
🔵CLASH FORM: Please make sure to read all of the information included at the top of the clash form.

The participant list is also available on the discord server.
🔵LANGUAGE
Dear participants,
Please find the list with the allocated provisional language status here:

If your status is „interview“ we have contacted you via email to schedule an interview. Any judges who filled out this form are not considered, since judges are not assigned a language status. If you know anyone who you think should be on this list, please tell them to contact us immediately at [email protected]. Similarly, if you have filled out the language form and do not see your name here, send us an email.
Your language team,
Ana, Assaph, Paula
🔵 TAB
At this tournament we will be using the shiny new Tabtastic Requests feature for tab change requests. It is very simple, you go to this page and fill out the details of your request: https://tabtastic.net/tournaments/eudc2024/request
Once submitted, Tabtastic will send you a confirmation of your request via Discord and Email, and will send you an update when it has been completed or rejected by the tab team, along with any feedback from us. If you reach out to any member of tab with a change request, or message in tab-questions, without trying to use the request process, it will be ignored. If you do have a legitimate issue with the system, please provide details about it so we can continue improving this feature.
Given the number of requests to the reg team and tab directly about institution prefixes, the tab directors have formulated a procedure for assigning the prefixes based on how they have been traditionally assigned at EUDC. We then reviewed all of the prefixes to ensure that they follow this procedure. We will allow appeals for cases where multiple prefixes could be considered under criteria 1, or where the prefix does not neatly fall into the criteria outlined. You can view the procedure and pending changes here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17z-NmZm3Q53Jyy-9jC2mO9tfkzCyYZm2pKK6D34qWgM/edit?usp=sharing (Hyphens indicate no change)
See you all Sunday! ✨🦄
