Hey Polar Bears! We are at the end of another amazing club year and so we thought we do a recap from all of our favourite moments. 💛💛
Started off strong with over 100 people at our freshers swims which moved on to some lovely themed socials (mermaids and sirens was one of our faves) 🐠🏄‍♀️🏖️
Themed and collab swims also took off this year with our rainy yet great beach bonfire and many society collabs.🔥 What is a particular highlight was our sauna collabs with and community sauna - looking to do more next year…! 🧖🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️
Our annual Charity Ceilidh in January saw us raise £2,000 for UNICEF Gaza Emergency Appeal and for that we wanted to thank all of you wonderful people for making that happen. If you feel like making any last minute donations please do, every bit makes the world of difference.
Lastly we wanted to reminisce on our Winter Trip to the Isle of Arran and our most recent Summer Trip to Fort William! 🏔️🏖️What a wonderful year we’ve had, and what an amazing thing it is to see this society grow (with the most amount members we’ve ever had this year!). 🤿
Thank you to all of our dedicated swimmers, Scottish waters and our fantastic committee. We can’t wait to see what you all get up to this year but here is us signing off,

Some pics from the summer trip in fort William - thanks to everyone that came !!!!

Announcing our summer trip…. (We apologise it’s a tad last minute)

We will be going to Fort William on the 25th-28th of May
Look forward to a sunny trip filled with hiking, swimming and a well needed rest after the exam season.

It’s £10 per person for the accommodation
- we will be getting a few trains to places while we’re there but it should be no more than £15 travel during the stay
- there will be an option between train or bus to Fort William depending on which you prefer

Once you have signed up we will be adding everyone to a trip WhatsApp chat with all the information and packing list ✅

Hey Everyone ! Coming up on May 31st we will be Hosting our AGM to elect the committee for the 2026/2027 season !

After reading the info, If you would like to apply for the role click the link in our bio named AGM 2025-6

The location is to be announced but we will be hosting this over zoom as well as in person so if you are busy or on holiday but would still like to attend do tune in…

Swim last weekend - Hope everyones exams have been going well - just a reminder we have our last sauna session next week at the Patrick sauna so if you haven’t come already be sure to get a slot.
