Good morning, fellow warriors 💜 🌄💜
How are you all this morning? Sitting here with my hot water & lemon contemplating & thinking about the day ahead. It's hard I know to have some plans as we never know how we are going to be but I like to have something in my head if I don't manage I don't beat myself up. I'm away to my Qi Gong at 7.45am. I absolutely love this class it really helps my head my mind & my mobility. I'm taking my mum in law to a hospital appointment this afternoon so might not do much in between as I need my energy to help her.
Whatever you do take time for you. Do something you like to do. Go for a drive, take a walk, read more of your book. Anything that fills your cup even half way is better than nothing 💜
I know most of us struggle with sleep 😴 I'm on my 2nd bag of new magnesium gummies & can honestly say my sleep has on the whole been better. I'll post photos 📸

Good morning, fellow warriors 💜
Well, here we are in August. Is it just me, or has this year flown by? I used to laugh at my Granny when she used to say as you get older, time goes faster, but she's not wrong 😳
Were you kind to yourself over the weekend? We should be kind to ourselves daily, but for those that are working & still get weekends off, it's usually the only time to try recharging your batteries 🔋 I know it was for me.
Saturday I didn't manage much & the weather wasn't great. Yesterday after my chair class I went to Dobbies & bought a few plants for my garden but then sat in the sun 🌞 & read for a bit instead of planting them 😳 Heat is not a friend to me 🥵 but didn't find yesterday was too bad a nice wee breeze to keep me comfortable.
