Our next meeting tomorrow evening is our usual third Sunday of each month meeting.
Our speaker is Rotarian Sam Wijeyakumar who will speak to us about 'How the Community can help stop Human Trafficking' . Sam is a survivor of human trafficking and founder of Rahab’s Daughters and her presentation is entitled 'How the Community can help stop Human Trafficking'. .
Rahabs Daughters is a UK-based, survivor-centred Community Interest Company focused on addressing human trafficking, modern slavery and exploitation. Working across statutory, voluntary and community sectors, the organisation provides training, consultancy and partnership support to help professionals, organisations and local systems recognise risk, respond safely and uphold their safeguarding and modern slavery duties.

Everyone is welcome to attend. The meeting starts at 8pm but please come along from 7.45 pm.

We’re proud to support The Big Lunch and The Big Help Out taking place on 5-8 June 2026.

It’s one big do and everyone across the UK is invited to meet, eat and lend a hand locally, in the UK’s biggest celebration of community.
