Another busy week at GK! 💜

The World Cup has brought all the energy this week!⚽

We have been painting the qualifying teams, playing cuppy and dodgeball, and enjoying some baking too🧁🎨

Preparation for our summer programme is also in full swing. We have our OYB group heading out tonight for thier first pre meet 🚵😁

It’s and without our incredible volunteers, GK would genuinely not be able to function! So please join us in giving a huge shout out to every single one of them. A massive thanks our incredible Green Hoodie Young leaders, to our Blue Hoodie adult volunteers, our Board of Trustees and all those that come and help on an occasional basis. We love each and every one of you and thank you for making GK what it is, a huge crazy family of fun, chaos, creativity and hope.

The Greens finally prevailed over the Blues at the fourth attempt, winning 4-2 on penalties after regulation time ended an incredible 6-6 🤯🤝🔵🟢

But for now after a captivating contest, which ended at full time as 6-6, the Greens finally prevailed over the Blues, winning on penalties 4-2 🙌🏻💚
