💷 £42,707 to £46,895 per annum

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer to help us look after the homes at the heart of our community.

At Reidvale, we know that a well-maintained home is about much more than bricks and mortar. It's about creating safe, comfortable places where people can thrive.

In this varied role, you'll help us deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service, working with tenants, contractors and colleagues to make sure our homes are maintained to the standards our community deserves.

✅ Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week)

We know that having a secure home can make a huge difference to someone's life. But sometimes, people need a little extra support to get there.

We're looking for a Tenancy Support Officer to join our team in Dennistoun, Glasgow.

This is a brand new role where you'll work directly with tenants, helping them overcome challenges, access support and build the confidence to sustain their tenancy.

We're not looking for someone with a particular job title or background. What matters most is your ability to listen, build trust and make a positive difference.

📍 Dennistoun, Glasgow
🕒 21 hours per week
💷 £28,246 per annum (pro rata £16,947)
📅 Fixed term until 31 August 2027
🌴 40 days annual leave (including public holidays), plus a generous pension

What a buzz!

We were delighted to support the Fun day at the Reidvale Neighbourhood Centre as part of our 50th Anniversary. We've not seen the Centre (and surrounding areas) so busy and filled with a wide range of fabulous, fun and free activities.

Well done to The Halliday Foundation and everyone else involved and a big massive thank you to all of our tenants who came along with the rest of the community to enjoy the day.

What a transformation!!! A week ago, this was a neglected space that had become forgotten and a blight on the local area. The Halliday Foundation approached us recently with the idea of reclaiming the space for community use, and their dedicated corporate volunteers have transformed it into an area that can be used for outdoor activities in just a few days!
