98th Glasgow Scout Group

98th Glasgow Scout Group We are a Govan Scout group - we are based at Govan and Linthouse Church on a Friday evening from 7pm - 9pm.

Open to ages 5 - 18 years and always looking for adults to volunteer and help out. Cost - £15 per month, payable on the 1st of the month for subs, the first week is free. Uniform is optional for the first few weeks, but must have uniform for investiture. Subsidised trips and days out, payment plans available.

Our whole team is now taking a well-deserved break to recharge and reset for our annual Wellbeing Week ❤️

All our services are now closed, and we’ll be back open on Saturday 15th August at 10am 🤩

WE'RE HIRING - Advocacy Support Worker

21 hours per week (1.5 year contract until March 2028)

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working alongside individuals and families in the asylum community, supporting and empowering them to express their views, wishes and choices as they rebuild their lives in Glasgow.

Key areas of focus include access to adequate accommodation, education and health & wellbeing.
