*NEW ONLINE WORKSHOP SESSION - SELF-CARE AND RESILIENCE*

New workshop for anyone affected by someone else's substance use in South Lanarkshire.

Supporting a loved one struggling with substance use can have a significant impact on our own wellbeing, yet self-care is often the first thing to fall away when we are focused on supporting someone else. This session explores why caring for ourselves is essential for maintaining resilience and offers space to reflect on our current self-care practices.

The session will provide a safe and inclusive space to reflect individually or with the group. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and participants are welcome to take part in whatever way feels most comfortable. We’ll also explore practical strategies and resources to help strengthen resilience.

We kindly ask that participants join the Zoom session from a quiet and confidential space.

To book your space on zoom please follow the Eventbrite link - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/self-care-and-resilience-workshop-session-tickets-1985441488940?aff=oddtdtcreator
