We would like to thank Jay Crawford from Dowhill Farm for supplying us with his delicious Ayrshire Epicure tatties, which enabled us to produce a wide variety of dishes to serve at our Tattie Fest event on Saturday.

We fully appreciate the support from Dowhill Farm and look forward to collaborating again next year.

There’s so much happening across our great wee town today, all volunteer-led and supported 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Come along and enjoy a brilliant celebration of the Ayrshire tattie at the Girvan Tattie Fest! 🥔
From bouncy castles, crafts and scones in the morning to circus acts, live music, great food and a licensed bar into the evening, and so much more, there’s something for everyone, rain or shine from 11am - 8pm

* £5 entry for the garden (kids go free). See you there!

🌱 We’re looking for a new Director to join our team! 🌱

Girvan Community Garden, a registered charity, is on the lookout for someone special to join our committee as a Director.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people who share the ethos and values of our garden - community, sustainability, and bringing people together. This is an unpaid volunteer role, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, hands-on team.

What we’re looking for:
🌿 A passion our garden and local initiatives
🌿 Willingness to help out at events throughout the year
🌿 Availability to attend our monthly committee meetings

This is a great opportunity to get involved, make a real difference, and help shape the future of our garden 🌼

Looking for a relaxing way to spend your Sunday afternoon? Come along to Girvan Community Garden.
Enjoy our unique, welcoming café where you can unwind with:

We’re proudly volunteer-led, creating a friendly and community-focused space for everyone to enjoy. With several covered seating areas, including two with cosy log burners where you can stay warm even if there’s a chill in the air.

🐾 Dogs (and their well-behaved owners!) are very welcome

If you play an acoustic instrument, please join us for a music session in the cosy garden dome today 7th June from 1pm.
