✨ Success Story Spotlight – Charlie’s Journey ✨

Three years ago, Charlie took the first step towards a brighter future by joining the Glendoune Centre drop-in and attending Thriving Communities Employability groups. With support from Brooke, Charlie created an action plan to build confidence and shape the next chapter.

Since then, Charlie has:
✅ Gained new qualifications
✅ Built confidence and skills
✅ Completed an Outdoor Instructor Modern Apprenticeship
✅ Developed valuable experience at Dolphin House
✅ Even passed his driving test 🚗

And now, Charlie is moving into full-time work as a trainee bus driver! 🚌👏

Pancake day at Chit-chatters.
We had a go at maing some different flavours, fruit, syrup and treacle. They went down well, no complaints😁

Last week, the Glendoune Chit-Chatters had their Christmas night out at The Vaults, Girvan.
The meal was fantastic and the staff were lovely. A great evening had by all 🎄
