How nice is it to see so many smiles?

At this month's Gal Baat, Amarjot led a singing and music session - something that's always a crowd favourite, with lots of people getting involved 🪇

We learned more about breast and bowel cancer from Taiwo, and then about managing back pain with Lena and her pelvis model. All very informative stuff!

We ended in the best way, with a meal from Bollywood Box against a backdrop of old music and chatting.
