Gillingham WI had a great September meeting, wearing purple to celebrate WI 111 years and taking part in chair yoga.

🙏 A big thank you to the Gillingham WI for having me share a Chair Yoga practice with you yesterday.
It was a pleasure to be with you all and to talk to so many of you after. Such a lovely welcoming group, and it was an honour to share yoga with your community ♥️🙏
