A chance to get some fresh air, meet new people, have a chat and look after your mental wellbeing. ☕ Coffee and a cuppa afterwards in the hub!

The Autism Reality Experience is an innovative and inspirational training session designed to give participants a virtual experience of living with Autism.

This is a very practical, hands-on experience that gives participants a greater insight into autism and helps us to see the world from an autistic person’s perspective. This experience is suitable for family members or informal carers who want to have a better understanding of autism.

The full experience lasts 15 minutes and is FREE. Places are limited. To book your place, call (028) 3839 2777.
