💚 A huge heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Tesco Superstore Banbridge for welcoming us as part of their mental health campaign.

We really enjoyed spending time with the staff, having honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing and sharing a little more about what we do here at Changing Lives NI. It was also a great opportunity to highlight some of the other local services available, because sometimes knowing where to turn can make all the difference. 💚

And of course, a massive thank you to everyone who got involved in the hamper raffle. Together, you raised an incredible £250 for Changing Lives NI! This will go directly towards helping us continue to support people and families in our community.

We’re so grateful to Tesco for putting mental health at the heart of their campaign and for creating a space where these conversations can happen. It’s through the support of local businesses, staff and our wider community that we can keep reaching people and reminding them that they don’t have to struggle alone.

Thank you, David, Kelly, Stuart and all the Tesco Banbridge team. Your kindness, support and commitment to mental health really do make a difference. 💚

Today is National Grief Awareness Day.

Grief doesn't follow a script. Some days you laugh. Some days you can't say their name. Some days it hits you completely out of nowhere. Some days it feels a little easier. And some days it feels like the very beginning again.

Our Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Day has been designed with everyone in mind.

We’re thrilled to have Healthy Kidz providing fun-filled activities to keep children entertained throughout the day. While the tournaments are in full swing and the little ones are enjoying themselves, adults can take time to explore our Mental Health & Wellbeing Village, chat with local organisations, learn about the wide range of support available in our community, and discover services that could make a real difference to themselves or someone they love.

Whether you come to play, support, connect, seek advice or simply enjoy a great day out with family and friends, you’ll be met with a warm welcome, a friendly face and a community that cares.

Because mental wellbeing is for everyone, and no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. We look forward to welcoming you for a day of fun, connection, support and hope. 💚
