The Whitehills Centre The Whitehills Centre is the community and neighbourhood facility for the benefit of those living in Whitehills and the surrounding neighbourhood.

At The Whitehills Centre we are focused on providing a community facility, that's available to everyone for a variety of activities as well as a space for social gatherings where neighbours can interact and build relationships. Open since May 2015 The Whitehills centre is run by volunteers passionate about making a change in the community and making a positive impact on their neighbourhood. With the sole purpose of rediscovering High Fell's community spirit.

Some friends and family gathered together today In Remembrance of BETTY ASKEW and the unveiling of a plaque in her Honour. After all the unselfish hours she spent gardening, delivering M+S food/flowers, and raising funds selling anything and everything (whether you wanted it or not) to help the Whitehills Centre.
All in all an incredible lady who sparked the laughter in the Ladies Fellowship and was loved and cherished by so many people
