💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚

A gentle reminder: your mental health matters—today and every day.

You don’t have to be happy all the time, have everything figured out or handle everything alone. You deserve kindness and support, whatever you’re going through. 🌿

Make a little space for yourself today, whether that means taking a break, doing something you enjoy or talking to someone you trust.

And if someone comes to mind, check in with them. You don’t need the perfect words—“How are you doing?” is a place to start. 💬

Let’s keep making space for honest conversations, without judgement. 💚

We wanted to make sure Zizus 10th anniversary celebration had lots of hands on opportunities for little ones to engage with, and were lucky to be joined by some fantastic stallholders to help with this! 👶🙌

Thrive at Five Middlesbrough provided some marvellous messy play for the children and local small business Squish & Slime added to the day's tactile entertainment with their handmade stretchy slimes 🤩

The Sensory Station also contributed to the hands-on fun with a fantastic range of sensory & fidget toys to keep little hands & minds engaged! 🧸✨

Thank you to these fantastic local businesses & charity for joining us on the day and bringing so much sensory fun to the celebration! 🎉
