Last week, we had a session about Compassionate Gateshead which is a partnership between Edberts House and the Palliative Care team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead. Their work focuses on supporting individuals at end of life, whilst also supporting friends and family within education, workplaces etc when dealing with grief or end of life care.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we did a session on Tuesday where we did some research and made some posters on women’s mental health, men’s mental health, where to find help and support, and how to help a friend out with their mental health. After that, we came up with 30 things to do in 30 days to help with our mental health!
